Answer: In some cases thie problem arises if and only if two OPUS20 are connected. If more OPUS20 are connected there is no such display. Please update to the latest firmware. You can get the latest firmware from Ondics Support.

Question: Why is time not synched correctly?
Answer: The app Timesync allow to sync time and date from a standard NTP server. If you have configured an internal Windows server time syncing won’t work since Windows uses another time sync protocol. Please configure a standard NTP server as listed in http://www.pool.ntp.org/en/use.html. Or use an UNIX/Linux Intranet server that provides standard NTP protocol.
Question: Why is the Dashboard not shown after App Logindashboard was installed?
Answer: Please check 1) if the device Logindashboard is activated and 2) if the latest firmware is installed. The app Logindashboardrequires at least firmware version 1.0.5. You can get the firmware contacting Ondics.
